• 1 drawing: this technology guarantees a constant diameter and therefore ensures consistency of performance
• 2 processing in the Pre-Vulcanisation tunnel
• 3 First Quality Control
• 4 First treatment with silicone component
• 5 Vulcanization: slow drying in oven at constant temperature for 2/5 days
• 6 Manual silicone treatment
• 7 Final quality check
• Silicone treatment. The silicone penetrates and consolidates on the surface forming a protective barrier against UV rays and external agents.
• To increase the efficiency of the product it is recommended to protect the rubber by treating it with liquid silicone periodically recommended
