These assist hooks are a perfect fit for medium sized jigs for shore jigging. The hook is strong and thin so it will pierce and hold firm the fish during the fight. It also has a gold coating that provides a decent corrosion resistance. Models AS and AG feature the traditional mackerel skin that are combine with bright pink or green feather.  At the end of the assist line there is a strong easy snap that makes the life of a shore jigging angler a lot easier during switching jigs.
